🔹Pharmacological Properties

• Levosalbutamol: A bronchodilator that does not cause side effects such as tachycardia and hypokalemia.

• Ambroxol: Possesses mucokinetic and secretolytic properties, promotes the removal of tenacious secretions in the respiratory tract, reduces mucus stasis, and exhibits antioxidant activity.

• Guaiphenesin: Acts as an expectorant by increasing respiratory tract fluid and reducing the viscosity of tenacious secretions.
